Choose a social/connection club or a business/speaking club. The Founding Host license includes the complete SpeakNess system to launch, run and grow either format.
Everything from your first invitation to your next club meeting.
Your monthly license includes use of the SpeakNess brand in your approved local market; both social and business club operating formats; launch roadmap, preview event and outreach campaigns; facilitator onboarding and training; 12-week foundational programming and ready-to-run meeting plans; scripts, slides, exercises and coaching cues; the Host Hub, member onboarding, assessment and progress tools; local club sites and landing-page templates; marketing graphics, social posts, email campaigns and outreach scripts; monthly Host Kits; events, workshop and @ Work pathways; implementation and HQ support; the host community and an annual host retreat.
You provide the local leadership: secure a venue or partner room, invite and enroll members, lead the meetings and care for your community. You cover your own venue, delivery, advertising and payment processing costs.
As a local SpeakNess host, you choose the club format that fits the people you can bring together. Both are recurring, facilitated groups with actual communication practice, peer connection and a path to visible progress. You can begin with one and add the other as your market grows.

How a local club earns
Build a recurring room with room to expand.
Hosts enroll local members in their first format and keep local revenue. Earlier planning examples used $79/month for social/connection membership and $149/month for business/speaking membership, with optional workshops and drop-ins. Your final member offer and price should reflect the local market and the program you deliver. Enrollment, revenue and profit are not guaranteed.
Start with one group
Choose a local audience and run two recurring gatherings monthly.
Build member continuity
Use goals, follow-up and a 12-week season to give members a reason to return.
Add a second room
Expand into the other format when local interest and host capacity support it.
Open more local pathways
Offer a Rep Room, workshop, event or employer gym when it fits your community.
