As a local SpeakNess host, you choose the club format that fits the people you can bring together. Both are recurring, facilitated groups with actual communication practice, peer connection and a path to visible progress. You can begin with one and add the other as your market grows.

- Start with a welcoming local group. Run two guided 60–90 minute gatherings each month, with partner reps, conversation prompts, story exchanges, feedback and optional social nights.
